![]() Accommodation in Yasawa Islands, Fiji Fiji's most beautiful island There are four places to stay on Waya Island, and one each on Wayasewa and Kuata. My favourite place is undoubtedly Bayside Resort which is run by Manasa from the village of Yalobi on the south west coast of Waya Island. Bayside Resort has just two traditional thatch bures in a seclude section of Yalobi Beach with fantstic views of the bay. Bures cost around F$140 per night for 2 people including meals. This is a great base for walking and peace. ![]() Bayside Resort Bayside Resort Website Along the beach is Adi's Place, another excellent option a little closer to Yalobi Village. Adi has four bures at F$130 per night as well as dorm beds for F$55 per persopn. ![]() Adi's Place Octopus Resort on the north coast is a more upmarket option and is well managed and offers private rooms and bures for around F$250 per night including meals. This is a comfortable retreat with swimming pool and a great restaurant. ![]() Octopus Resort Sunset Waya is the budget option on the south point run by the village of Natewa. Unfortunately it is a bit rough around the edges and customer service is lacking, but the location is beautiful. ![]() Sunset Waya Bure Wayalailai Eco Resort is located on the south side of Waysasewa Island beneath the domineering rocky outcrop. It is a good beach and there's excellent diving off the Kuata Wall. ![]() Waya Lailai Bures The same village also run Kuata Island Eco Resort on the otherwise uninhabited Kuata Island. Both resorts are budget with dorm beds for F$60 per night and some private bures and have a lively backpacker atmosphere. ![]() Kuata Island Eco Resort The best place to find oot more information about these accommodations is via www.Pacific-Resorts.com which has fantastic pictures and online booking forms. |
